CTS Taxi has served the City of La Crosse WI, and it's surrounding area for over 20 years. Our flexible, reliable transportation system provides answers for even the most demanding transportation needs. Our drivers are selected for their professionalism both in and out of the taxi. Handpicked for qualities that include a safe driving record, customer service skills, and a bit of charm. After passing a background check through the La Crosse Police Department, drivers are city licensed, health certified, and trained by a trusted, senior CTS driver who also teaches proper procedures for the operation of our handicapped accessible vehicles as well as customer service requirements, and proper 'Cab' and radio conduct. Only after he is satisfied and signs off on their performance are new drivers allowed to serve you, our customer. We take pride in this procedure and are certain you will understand why we are still the best in town. The customer, after all, makes it possible.
